The flexible hours will only be available to employees who are meeting targets. Those who are achieving their goals on a regular basis are being rewarded, the company says.
The informal dress code will offer employees the freedom to choose outfits based on their meetings for the day. Gatter says it’s a “dress-for-your-day” approach and not a “dress down” policy.
Now employees can show up in shorts and T-shirts, depending on who they are meeting for the day.
