This is why South African start-up Trial Run is launching an automated business intelligence engine in the form of vending machines offering free goodies.
But, as the saying goes “there’s no such thing as a free lunch”. In exchange for a free product, customers will have to provide their private information on a website and once their form is complete, the product will be dispensed.
According to Business Insider, the vending machines will be rolled out across 48 shopping centres in Gauteng during spring 2019 and will look – and largely function – just like any vending machines that sell chocolates or cool drinks.
It will soon extend to corporate offices, gyms, airports, hotels, stand-alone retail stores and schools nationwide.
