A 31-year-old South African woman is on track to be the youngest African to complete the Seven Summit Challenge.

The Seven Summits Challenge is composed of each of the highest mountain peaks spanning seven continents.

Capetonian Remy Kloos has already summited four of the seven mountains – Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa, Mount Elbrus in Europe, Aconcagua in South America and Mount Denali in North America.

ONE MOUNTAIN!! The best feeling in the world… feeling energized at high camp, Mt Denali, the highest mountain in North America. Number 4 of my seven summits quest. The goal was set, my determination was huge, my fitness regime tailored, having fun was key, and my mental game was focused. This stuff I’m about to share is game changing, life altering, mind shifting goodness. When you think about your overall health and fitness, are you thriving? Do you know how to set a fitness goal and stick to it? Or are you overwhelmed by the exorbitant amount of information, guidelines, programs telling you how you should do things? My homie @cammacdougall has launched the One Mountain (OM) Method, which will bring so much direction, support and badassery to your life and your fitness journey. This Method will help show you that by choosing a ‘mountain’ to climb to get fit, you will bring epic focus and determination to your life, which will make achieving that fitness goal just so much more attainable. Whether you want to finish your first ever half-marathon, compete in a Crossfit tournament, climb Kilimanjaro or simply maintain a home workout routine that will keep you lean and strong, he has you covered! “Some mountains are big, some are small, some are steep, some are not. The size and shape of the mountain is irrelevant, it’s having having one on the horizon that means everything.” He has launched launched a simple 8 week fitness program, where he will help you pick your mountain, work through whatever tries to get in your way and ultimately will help you accomplish that ‘One Mountain’ goal. This way of approaching my fitness game has empowered me to the next level. So sign up. Get involved. Let’s have fun. Lets go for it!! Link in my bio and @cammacdougall bio to sign up!!!!
